Know their marketplace, will work hard to get the best price for sellers but also understand that you can’t always take highest offer for a host of reasons.

Prospective buyers we spoke to seemed happy with the responsiveness and support they were getting too – so hopefully a positive experience all round.

5 stars. I had a very long and drawn out process finding a property, getting an offer accepted and then trying to complete.

During the search process all of the team were very helpful but in particular Jodie who was available to talk though properties, offers and ideas as I struggled to find somewhere. Once the offer was accepted Carol was an absolute star guiding me through a particularly long winded exchange and completion.

Without their help I am not sure I would have remained sane.
