A Sales Negotiator Job Role here in Chorlton & Didsbury.

  1. Day to day responsibilities
  2. Daily contribution to morning meetings
  3. Front of house: Meeting and greeting of clients
  4. Answering incoming telephone calls
  5. Collecting answer phone messages
  6. Dealing with Internet and email enquiries
  7. Booking valuation appointments
  8. Booking MUP’s into the office diary
  9. Registering new buyers and sending appropriate suitable properties
  10. Proactive marketing – call outs on new properties to the market
  11. Arranging viewings, accompanied and via vendors
  12. Conducting viewings
  13. Follow up viewings that have taken place and relay feedback to vendors
  14. Vendor contact, updates on activity, market conditions, push for price reductions
  15. Mortgage advice to potential buyers and vendors
  16. Solicitors/conveyancing to potential buyers and vendors
  17. Taking offers from interested parties and relaying to vendor with any negotiations
  18. Chasing sellers/buyers solicitors details ready for SALES MEMO to be sent out to all parties
  19. Canvassing for VENDORS
  20. Prospecting previous valuations to create revisit or instruction appointments using existing records & similar recently sold properties
  21. Keeping in touch with applicants to keep database accurate and identify hot buyers
  22. NEW HOMES opportunities (land, development)
