Our Withington Office also caters for the student market with it’s ideally location close to The University of Manchester which is located on the south side of Manchester city centre and comprises two main areas:

• The Sackville Street area - formerly the UMIST campus
• The Oxford Road area - formerly The Victoria University of Manchester campus

Fallowfield is renowned as one of the most sought after locations for the student market as it offers a vibrant atmosphere and a desirable area that caters for students of all ages and lifestyles.

As a company we tend to split the area into four locations these being Fallowfield, Rusholme, Victoria Park and Withington. All four locations offer differing housing types to cater for all and a variance in prices.

Manchester is a great place to be a student. It has one of the largest student populations in Europe. Manchester has recently undergone extensive urban redevelopment and is a great place for evening entertainment with many bars, retaurants, cafes and clubs.
