5 stars. I had a very long and drawn out process finding a property, getting an offer accepted and then trying to complete.

During the search process all of the team were very helpful but in particular Jodie who was available to talk though properties, offers and ideas as I struggled to find somewhere. Once the offer was accepted Carol was an absolute star guiding me through a particularly long winded exchange and completion.

Without their help I am not sure I would have remained sane.

Great experience with the JP & Brimelow team! Jodie and Charlotte dealt with my constant questions and phone calls over the 6 month period it took to finalise my house and when I got my keys they gave me a beautiful moving in hamper with info about the area and loads of vouchers for money off furniture, plus some little treats!
