Property Sales and Lettings | Chorlton, Didsbury & Withington
Our story so far...

J.P. and Brimelow first opened for business in Didsbury in February 1998. Born out of frustration working for large corporate Estate Agency’s, John Pratt and Nick Brimelow joined forces to open a fully Independent Estate Agency which could offer significantly better levels of service to buyers and sellers alike.

The original plan, scribbled on the back of a beer  matt in a pub!, was simplistic in a view of taking high calibre staff coupled with leading edge technology and exceptional local knowledge to provide a professional, courteous and knowledgeable operation.

Now entering 2011, with three market leading, centrally located sales offices in Chorlton, Didsbury and Withington we remain committed to those ideals and true to our original idea’s with Nick running the Didsbury office, John running the Withington office and Director Edward Ellis building a great reputation in the Chorlton office.

JP & Brimelow Lettings & Property Management Dept. has grown substantially through the last few years and we now offer a full lettings service within our Chorlton and Withington offices, whilst opening a second office in central Didsbury to cater for this busy area. This office houses JP & Brimelow’s Management & accounts dept and JP & Brimelow Property Services our busy maintenance Dept, which offers a full range of landlord specific trades people at competitive rates. This operation is overseen by Director Rebecca Whitehead.

With having this triangle of offices we feel able to offer our clients an efficient and knowledgeable local service second to none and whilst we remain small enough to retain our identity with the advancement in technology we are able to provide and national / international exposure.

We believe we work incredibly hard on behalf of all our clients, but are not complacent and are always looking for ways to improve and develop the core business which has proved such a success to date.
